I purchased a truck and these inserts. It has to be one of the most frustrating and disappointing products I’ve purchased. The slots on the truck and the flower pot are not long enough to extend deep enough to hold the items up. I ended up having to have the truck leaned against the sign behind it. Poor design. I contacted the seller and was told that my piece was tested before shipment and it works as intended (to wobble back and forth). The measurement of the tab off the truck tires are less than 1/8″ long…much too short to extend into 1/4″ base and hold it in place. One of the leaves from the lemon tree was broken (due to a very thin piece of work holding it together) when it arrived. Quality control needs to be looked at before sending to customers. Two stars because the painting was well done…unfortunately, I can’t get beyond the quality of laser cuts.

I, again, apologize that you are not pleased with the product and wish you would let us make it right. Our initial truck base cuts were too large to hold the trucks upright firmly and have since been modified. Your absolute satisfaction is important to us!
